Felecia Smith is a dedicated and passionate educator with over 27 years of experience transforming K-12 classrooms across Alabama. She began her journey in education at Stillman College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. Committed to continual growth and excellence, Felecia went on to receive a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama. She further advanced her expertise by studying Educational Leadership at the University of Alabama, earning an add-on certification that has strengthened her capacity to lead and inspire both students and colleagues.

Throughout her extensive career, Felecia has established herself as a highly motivated and results-driven professional, known for her unwavering commitment to student success. She possesses a deep understanding of Alabama’s Course of Study standards and has consistently demonstrated her ability to foster critical thinking skills while igniting a lifelong love of learning in her students.

Felecia excels in providing targeted instruction and differentiated learning strategies, particularly for students struggling with math concepts. Her expertise in curriculum development and her strategic use of assessments enable her to monitor student progress effectively and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

As a collaborative educator, Felecia works closely with classroom teachers to create cohesive and engaging learning experiences.
